Felix Design Studio: It's like a cross between a La Quinta-type Resort and Cheers. It is a wonderful hair salon and day spa where everybody knows your name. Robin Felix, who also does wonders with my hair, has created a warm, friendly and comfortable environment with an excellent professional staff. My facials with Sidney Cramer are a highlight of my month. I haven't gotten any younger over the last five years but, thanks to Sidney, my skin isn't aging quite as fast as the rest of me. All of the staff, from the receptionists to the assistants to the stylists and estheticians, are knowledgeable and professional. Going to Felix Design Studio is an opportunity to take a break from my day, to relax, get pampered and emerge looking and feeling better.

I first began going to Robin about 12 years ago and have yet to find another stylist who can cut and color as well and as fast as he does. Robin has a natural gift for consulting on the best hair style for one's features and lifestyle. I love the cut as it has the flexibility of wash-and-wear and being more styled when I go to work or out on the town. If you're looking for a stylist that has a great eye for style, understands people and gives honest, practical consultation, Robin is the dude!

Q: Foxie: How do you manage to get your finely groomed, full head of hair to look the exact same way it did when you first joined the Kings in 1980?

A: There have been many changes in the "grooming" over the years...and probably a lot more to come...I give all the credit to Robin Felix of Felix Design Studio in PV..he has cut/styled/coiffed my helmet for over 19 years now...in the summer I like to get it real short so I don't have to "screw with it"...my biggest concern during the season is "headset head"...sometimes, there is nothing you can do to the do.
